Premier Barry O’Farrell resigns over a bottle of wine

New South Wales Premier Barry O’Farrell resigned today on Wednesday morning after ICAC was presented evidence of a thank you card he sent Nick Di Girloamo for a $3000 bottle of wine, something O’Farrell had previously denied receiving.
